01 PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS

We represent private clients throughout the acquisition process, combining extensive market knowledge, privileged access and experienced negotiation to identify and secure exceptional homes on the best possible terms.

- Understanding your brief.
- Connecting you with the right individuals to assist with the process. Including mortgage advisors, solicitors, surveyors and project managers.
- Previewing on market and discreetly off market properties and arranging private viewings of the most suitable opportunities.
- Review the chosen property and undertake a detailed review before progressing.
- Negotiate the best possible price and terms (the best buyer isn’t always the highest bidder).
- Pre exchange inspection the day before exchange to ensure everything is in order before contracts are exchanged.
- Be there on the day of completion to make the move as easy as it can be.
The fee is paid in two parts.
Firstly a retainer, which is paid when you instruct us to begin the process. Secondly a success fee, which is agreed at the beginning of every engagement however only due once you’ve successfully exchanged on your purchase.
